1.1 Delivery Coverage

We deliver across Malaysia

1.2 Delivery Time

Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia usually takes 4 to 7 working days. For deliveries to Sabah and Sarawak, the delivery period is longer and may take around 20 working days. For large, bulk, or special orders, additional time may be required for processing and delivery.

1.3 Delivery Charges

Charges are calculated based on: - Location - Order size - Weight (tiles are heavy goods)

1.4 Receiving Goods

Customer must inspect goods upon delivery Any damage must be reported immediately with photo evidence

1.5 Failed Delivery

Re-delivery charges may apply if: - No recipient available - Incorrect address provided
